Printed and published every Tuesday by Jas. W. Svp & Co. outlines subscription rates and payment terms. One year in advance is 200 dollars after six months, with shorter periods in proportion. Failure to notify discontinuance results in a new engagement and no paper stops until all arrears are paid.
Subscribers who do not object are deemed to consent to continue. Publishers may send papers until all arrearages are paid. If papers are not taken from the office they remain responsible until bills are settled. If subscribers move without informing the publisher and papers are sent to the former address they remain responsible.
