Staten Island Building Plans In The Borough
Tottenville March 4. The Richmond borough building department reports for the week ending February 26 thirteen new buildings planned with estimated cost 37175, the same as prior week though weather slows signing. Alterations planned cost 4039 and twelve plumbing plans at 5485. Sixteen new buildings estimated and fifty five alterations. Inspections include 340 construction, 181 plumbing and drainage, one elevator and one dance hall. Four law violations and one unsafe building noted along with three foundation concrete footing modifications.

County Court 10 Convenes Monday at Richmond
The March term of county court will convene Monday at the Richmond county court house with County Judge J. Harry Tiernan presiding. A large calendar of civil cases and several criminal matters from the March grand jury will be heard, with possible overflows from February term supreme court.
