Members will travel to Coney Island aboard the barge Buff towed by the tug George B Roe with departure at 8 am from Kreischer brick works. Music refreshments on the barge then trolley to Ulmer Park. Repairs Delay Meeting at Kill Council Hall
For the first time in eighteen years at Kill Council No. 1408 Roy Arcanum failed to hold a meeting. Regent R W Grace and most officers gathered at Knights of Pythias hall but repairs to the interior prevented session. Blames Mother in Law for Separation
James G. Campion formerly a janitor at public school No 3 Pleasant Plains is under bond to pay his wife seven dollars weekly as part of a divorce order by Magistrate Steinert in the West Side Court Manhattan. He may see his three sons twice weekly while Mrs Campion and the children stay with her mother. Campion, once Pleasant Plains popular as manager of the Royal baseball team and a Twenty second regiment officer in Cuba, now works in Manhattan after moving from Station avenue. The couple’s split is said to be blamed on his mother in law.

Double funeral to be held for McGowan couple
Mrs. Catherine McGowan of Montgomery avenue Tompkinsville died from asphyxiation Monday and will be buried with her husband who lay in the parlor awaiting burial. Mr McGowan a retired policeman, sixty four, will be buried today at St Marys church Stapleton with his wife, who was ten years younger.

New Buildings Erected at Tottenville Copper Works
Tottenville Copper Works on Church Street completed two new steel buildings. One measures 100 by 60 feet, the other 160 by 75 feet, both one story. A third one-story storage building, 75 by 159 feet, is planned at $9,000. Dietz Engineering Company of New York designed and built the structures. Work expected to start soon.
