Man Arrests For Board Bill Jump In Iowa City
J B Henderson, alleged advertising scheme creator, was arrested by Marshal Willis after a telegraph from Hardin County Sheriff. He faced charges for jumping a board bill in Iowa Falls. Deputy Harris later found a second escapee in Ft. Dodge and plans to return him to Eldora.
