GRAND LEADER of Perry Iowa A Rock Solid Bargain Store
In 1892 the GRAND LEADER opened in Elliott's Block Perry Iowa promising best goods at lowest prices. It cut profits to under others, won public trust, expanded to four stories by 1894, rebuilt after a 1898 fire and moved to a downtown location with a grand display. The history touts the store as popular and fair with cash savings.
