About sixty guests gathered at the Lenockers home to witness the marriage of Miss Melissa B Lenocker to Mr Jed H Fitting. The ceremony at 7 30 was conducted by Rev J A McKay assisted by Rev C L Baxter. A several course supper followed as Mr Fitting the State Bank cashier was praised. The couple received many elegant gifts and left Thursday night for Des Moines then Omaha, returning Tuesday.

The CM St P Railway Land Department has located several new towns in western Iowa after recent extensions. Names include Northam in Buena Vista County, Nemaha near Sac City, Lytton near Sac City, Lavinia near Rockwell City, and Varina near Fonda, each in prime corn belt stock country. About 100 other town sites exist along the line, with inquiries directed to H. G. Havcan or Papuex, Milwaukee offices.
