The council met with full attendance and adopted the minutes. Communications about Van Horne Street rebuilding and Lan caster's building removal were acknowledged. Harlow urged action on creek flood damage and lake shore shooting complaints. The Rifle Association range was ordered moved for safety. Finance recommended paying several small accounts. Ellis Street repair cost estimated at 100 to 185 dollars with creek repairs planned per Harlow.
