Citizens' Ball Brings Localites Together in Steward's Hall
A successful Citizens' Ball held Friday evening in Steward's Hall drew over eighty attendees including many from Okanagan Falls. The event opened at 8 and ended at 12 with local musicians keeping the money at home. The next social will be March 6 with expected larger turnout.

Methodist Ladies Host At Home Event With Music and Tableaux
The Ladies' Aid of the Methodist church held an At Home Friday evening. A fair crowd enjoyed social time, games, and music, with several tableaux including Cain and Abel and The Bachelor in three scenes. Miss Rowe performed piano solos and led tableaux such as The Three Graces. Refreshments followed.

Edmonds serves as secretary treasurer Members aged eighteen to sixty may join Government rifles and ammunition are provided on a scale plus affordable extra rounds Annual dues are one dollar Eligible members may compete in Okangan Summerland Ottawa and Bisley events and for Palma Trophy. Miss S H Balentine held a school entertainment at Garnett Valley with proceeds of twenty three dollars. The Summerland Curling Club traveled to Kelowna and defeated them, then enjoyed a banquet. Local residents discuss establishing a small hospital while Vernon and Kelowna facilities offer aid. Baseball Club elected officers and proposed a two division valley league with a playoff championship.
