Patton man faces multiple DUI charges after Tyrone stop
A 27 year old Justin Homola of Patton was stopped on July 4 in Tyrone for improper signals. Police found burnt marijuana odor and he showed signs of impairment. He failed field sobriety tests and later tested positive for marijuana. A preliminary hearing is set for August 28.
