Pa legislative bonus trial delayed in Harrisburg
Eleven people charged with diverting public resources to help House Democrats win campaigns will go to trial in January, three years after news broke of bonuses for legislative aides. A 12th defendant, Rep Sean Ramaley, faces September trial on campaigning while in a low‑responsibility job. The judge did not rule on calling 46 subpoenaed lawmakers and staff, and prosecutors face questions over e‑mail records and separate powers issues.
