Texas man held in PA car robbery case
A 58 year old Texas man Garland Lovell Seals was in Clallam County jail Wednesday after arrest in Port Angeles Wendy's at knifepoint on December 29. He was later found in Sequim and charged with first degree robbery. Police served a search warrant at a Sequim Bay Road home and included multiple agencies in the arrest.
