Gateway transit center legal settlement ends disputes in Port Angeles
Port Angeles City Council unanimously approved a 7 0 settlement among the city Clallam Transit and design firms Krei Architecture and Bright Engineering resolving claims tied to The Gateway transit center. The deal nets the city 224 448 in cash and 78 282 in fees waived with prior outside legal costs nudged to November 2012 total 73180.

State seizes derelict ship at Port Ludlow New Star
The Washington Department of Natural Resources seized the derelict ship New Star at Port Ludlow on Thursday after owner VicMar Inc. of Tacoma failed to move it within a 30 day notice.
