World Wheat Harvests Stir World Markets
The 1906 world wheat harvest shows wide variation. Europe reports near average yields with France drought-affected in the south, while Germany and Spain enjoy good crops. Australia awaits seasonal harvest. A separate note mentions a yacht sale, a safe palm pearl bet, and a San Francisco trolley accident causing one death and injuries.
