Judge A L Prager reports 720 children brought to court in first year with 191 having one living parent and 477 two living parents. 167 placed on probation while 104 showed great improvement and 27 sent to reform school. Total expenses 1010.49. outcomes include 377 with uniform good conduct and 121 with great improvement. Court notes improved school attendance and fewer truancies due to probation and guidance.
