Leavenworth Kane Oct 80 James McMahon placed in the penitentiary to begin a 297 year term for a serious incident involving his brother in law Alonzo Van Hoviden his wife and Rose McMahon. He planned to kill them for three months. After the triple case he aided in the search for the person accused in another serious case. This week he entered the sheriff office and announced he was ready to continue the hunt when he was arrested, his arrest having been discovered accidentally. Immediately he who imprisoned and after weakly driving confessed that he was guilty.
