Los Angeles October 21 The fight between the Interstate Commerce Commission and the fruit growers of southern California against the road routing pool ended with Judge Wellborns injunction against the railroads. The order takes effect immediately and the railroads announced an appeal to the United States Supreme Court.

Mrs Nancy Weeden aged 81 mother of Mrs Lot Livermore died this morning in Vancouver Wash after senile decay. Livermore was present at death. Funeral set for tomorrow afternoon in Vancouver. Besides Livermore she leaves son William Ahern of Vancouver and another son Mr Livermore who is in Pendleton.
The Retail Clerks Protective association met last night and appointed a committee to seek cooperation from Paul Strain about opening a clotting store in Pendleton and to request he close his business at 7 PM each evening, in line with other mercantile establishments. The committee will report its findings.
