Coroner's jury verdict states that Hhonim us followed Tom Myers for four to five miles with intent to kill and that Myers was shot down in cold blood. Witnesses include KK Keegan Frank Roach M Joplin K Owens BF Palmer LL Barnes.
Coroners jury verdict absolves A J Rhoneim city of murder in the Myers case. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon on McKay creek as Myers and Moore reportedly clashed with Rhonimus who fired a fatal shot.
