New York Oct 11 The United States Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the fifteen year federal prison sentence for Charles Moray in Atlanta Ga for alleged banking law violations. Morse will appeal to the Supreme Court. The decision was unanimous and unlikely to be changed.
