New Train Service Links Towns To Portland

Tomorrow a new passenger service between here and Portland begins with trains No 5 and No 7 making limited stops at key towns. The schedule includes connections at Biggs Arlington and Heppner Junctions with branches Shaniko Condon and Heppner. Existing trains Nos 1 2 4 6 will reduce stops. The route expands Sunday travel and highlights upcoming political conventions.
