Washington November 28. The names of 377 foresters clerks and stenographers to form the United States forest service headquarters for the six districts are announced. The district offices will open December 1 with four offices operation grazing silviculture and products each staffed by trained personnel. The Oregon district at Portland lists personnel across all offices including district forester EK Allen assistant chief J Buck and many clerks engineers and stenographers. The new organization aims to bring national forest business closer to ground operations and improve management of resources.
