Four men attempted a passenger train robbery near Fort Wayne Ind. Early this morning the assailants fired at passengers after forcing the engineer to keep the throttle open. A posse pursued, capturing two colored and two white youths, with one boy aged two. Local authorities later brought four suspects to trial.

Paducah Kentucky November 13. A speeding President Roosevelt special struck a Black track walker near Hoos Kentucky. The incident occurred early morning near the rails. Authorities investigated the scene and reported the fatality.
