Striking Red Cross Poster For 1928 Roll Call
Franklin Booth, a renowned New York artist, created a striking poster showing a large Red Cross superimposed on the Capitol dome. The image highlights the Red Cross as an official Congress chartered volunteer relief body. It will be shown nationwide Armistice Day to Thanksgiving as the 1928 membership roll call proceeds.
