Alfred John Horn former Pendleton resident died in Portland from influenza. He will be buried tomorrow at Olney Cemetery under the Maxonie lodge honor. Survived by his wife unable to attend. J A Horn, his father, is superintendent of Umatilla county poor farm. He had moved to Portland, worked as a fireman, and planned to practice law.
