Leathers Found Dead in Pendleton Woodyard

John A Leathers a Pendleton resident and Masonic member died of natural causes in the Laarz woodyard after being found by O R N yardmaster Steve Leonard. Born in Indiana in 1830s, he lived in Pendleton five years, leaves three grown children telegraphed for. funeral plans awaiting family.

Three Men Drown as Boat Capsizes on Owen's Lake

Boulder Colorado May 2 Three men A C Giller T P Jackson and H F Kiser employees of the Colorado Southern were drowned last night when their boat capsized in Owen's lake four miles east of town while they were fishing. All were married men.

Pioneer Sam Fullbright Found Dead Near Pleasant Valley
