The contractor expects completion and inspection readiness by the fifteenth, with 89 rooms in the building and adamant plastering used throughout. The hospital will house about 80 patients, include two wings for future expansion, an elevator, steam power, and extensive bathrooms, but faces unresolved water supply and sewer drainage issues before opening.
Sealed bids will be received at the county clerk office until 2 p m May 1903 for the west half of block 85 and all of block 85 in the Reservation addition to Pauleton known as the County Hospital property.
