Steady Belgium, March 15. A body was brought to the surface in the harbor, believed to be Cecil Grace the English aviator lost last December during a return flight from Calais to Dover. Grace, son of J A Grace of New York and nephew of former Mayor William R Grace, flew over the English channel toward the Belgium frontier, was turned back by winds, landed near Calais, and never returned. Cap and glasses were recovered January 6 and wreckage later found near Marlerke.
