Thompson & Co. hold the sewer contract for 600 feet linking the new Ross Cold storage plant to the city system. Work runs from the plant east end across the O R & N right of way toward Main street, Railroad, and Webb streets. Movsey handles foundations with digging to begin. A 10 foot diameter well, 28 feet to inexhaustible water, is to be drilled with a 6000 gallon per hour capacity.
The seventh annual exhibition of the Society of Western Artists opened in Toledo on March 9 and runs through March 27.
