Premium on sacked grain set at four and a half cents

J E K Menttconers, manager of Pacific Coast Elevator Co, reports Portland word that the 1909 crop premium on sacked grain will be four and a half cents per bushel. Farmers will receive about 10 cents per bushel, with earlier premium payments ranging from 25 to 28 cents.

Simonton House Contract Let for Pendleton Project

Contractors Relief and Armintrout were awarded the contract to build a new home for T. ff. et Menton at the corner of Jackson and Dettermon gheeia on Pendleton's north side.
