Washington June 7 A complete agreement between the government and the Western Trunk Line railroads was reached at the White House conference. The Western roads agree to withdraw rate increases effective June 1 and to file no new increases until the new railroad law empowers the Interstate Commerce Commission to investigate and suspend increases. Taft indicated the injunction suit would be discontinued once the law is signed and in effect.
