Pendleton Chalet to Be Owned by Heinem Sibl
A first home in Pendleton will be built at 116 Monroa Avenue and owned by Heinem Sibl, a well known local farmer. The hollow tile and concrete chalet will feature Philippine ribbon train detailing, river-facing site work, and a refined driveway following the river. Improvements extend to nearby I. G. Fraxter book store with new floors, painted interiors, and two private rear offices, and Penney store remodels totaling over $5000 with new floors, windows, and a redesigned facade. A service station at Court and Alta Street is under construction by Charles H. Belta with plans to blend with surroundings.
