Charles W Irwin longtime Delta confectionery owner on Main Street Albany dies Sunday after brief illness with appendicitis. Born 1863 in Reedsville North Carolina he lived in Oregon and California before returning to Pendleton to run a confectionery. He leaves a wife two children and siblings in North Carolina plus brothers in Phoenix and Albany. Funeral at 10 am at 616 Aura street with interment in Olney Cemetery.
