New York July 6 German agents Carl Heynen and Burgemeister linked to Caplan von Papen and a paymaster planned to obtain military information while arranging a munition shipment to Britain. Heynen, noted for Mexican affairs, previously ran a projectile plant construction. authorities say German interests in the U S leak wartime news and will be curbed with tighter oversight to prevent tipping off American transports or submarine movements.
