He was described as a dangerous prisoner kept under strict guard for two months, claiming women caused his downfall, in a flat execution inside the prison wall.
Rome January twenty eight marking the eighty second birthday of Adelaide Ristori the famed Italian tragic actress. She received many congratulations by telegraph and mail from around the world including the United States where she enjoyed strong support after four visits. Her celebrated roles included Francesca De Rimini Maria Stuart Phaedra Judith and Lady Macbeth.
New York January 28 1910 prominent Republicans allied with the Roosevelt administration gather at the Waldorf Astoria for the McKinley Day banquet.
