Delinquent Tax Sale Planned in Latah County
Inland Empire reports the first delinquent tax sale in Latah County will occur early in April at the courthouse with over 200 town properties to be sold to the highest bidder. Several farm properties will be offered later in spring, with taxes delinquent from 1889 to 1906. The county plans to net receipts from high bids rather than tax amounts per parcel. Local towns Kendrick Mopcow and surrounding communities are noted for representation.
