Harry Samuels confessed to killing storekeeper Olinger after a quarrel. He described firing a rifle belonging to Olinger, dragging the body, and burying it on a mountain road near Milton. The confession aims to clear up the mountain tragedy and motive, with police recovering a watch, knives, and money from his belongings.
