Bond Issue for Umatilla County Roads Special Election
Notice announces a March 4 1919 special election in Precinct No 5 Umatilla County Oregon to decide issuing bonds up to 1 050 000 for permanent road construction. Funds would span 11 years with five and a half percent interest and cover numerous road projects including Oregon Washington highways and Pendleton areas. County Clerk Brown signs dated February 8 1919 and requires posting notices in public places.
