Obstreperous Wheelman Delay Over Found Wheel
A wheel found on Main Street months ago by Officer Peterson sits at the city jail while the owner refuses to retrieve it from police headquarters. The police say they did their duty and will not deliver the wheel to the owner, who has not visited to claim it. Winter rust has damaged the frame and back wheel, but officers say it may rot before delivery.
