Principal officer arrives as sultan halts officers dispute

Geneva on December 12 reports the principal officer of AIina ewards of the altin days arrived. The fusithye says the sultan rushed in to stop a war dispute among officers. A bullet fired at him was deflected by an inside coat of mail. He does not know what became of the other officer present.
