Sealed bids for labor and materials to erect a Pendleton High School building on the school site are due January 10 1912 at noon. Plans by architect C E Troutman Aberdeen Washington may be viewed at the Pendleton school board office and the architect’s office after December 6 1971. A $15 plan deposit is required to view and seven day plan retention, with failure to return plans forfeiting the deposit. A 5 percent bid deposit and a satisfactory bond are required.
