Wheat advances after early loss on Chicago markets
In Chicago the wheat market opened with declines of 8 to 1-4 ¢ for December and May but traded higher as short covering appeared. July rose 1 4 ¢. Losses were blamed on lower cables and pressure from Winnipeg and Buenos Ayres. Declines eased as American and Canadian receipts fell and Argentine crop prospects remained favorable.
