Child bitten by dog near Sumpter in Baker County

Aug 30 report from Baker City. a freighter Howard Gillis's 3 year old daughter was severely bitten by a large dog in their yard. The animal, belonging to movers, leaped at the child while playing with others, inflicting severe limb wounds and a broken arm. The child was treated at Tinker Hospital after the attack.
