Lewiston Idaho Aug 28 attorneys for the Eagles lodge and County Attorney Miles Johnson dismissed a case over six barrels of beer seized under the local option law. The lock er system used by the lodge was deemed compliant and no prosecutions will follow if lockers are removed and liquor kept only in members residences. Other clubs including the Elks and German club at Bollinger hotel may face similar rulings as the local option law allows keeping liquor in one's own residence.
