A federal Grand jury in Chicago returned indictments against A. B. Booth & Co. the so called fish trust and the Lake Shore railroad plus several individuals. They are charged with securing 12 percent rebates on all shipments from the Atlantic seaboard for marine products and using the gains to hammer competition.
