Newsboys enjoy Parker show in Pendleton outing
Twenty five or more Pendleton newsboys were guests of the Parker shows last night, guided by R. W. Fletcher and J. C. Donahue. They toured attractions at the ball park, from the Ferris wheel to the animal show, amid happy scenes and staff efforts to please the boys during the Elk’s carnival buildup. Nosey the giraffe caused a brief escape before being recaptured and returned to headquarters.
