The West Coast Portland Cement company plans an inauguration of work for a cement plant on the upper Snake river after discovering high grade cement rock near Lewiston Idaho. A force of men will build foundations and temporary structures and by fall production aims for 100 barrels daily with expansions planned, costing about 75000 for summer improvements. The stockholders meeting in Seattle moved the office to Spokane and elected J P Langan as manager. A second item offers full blood white leghorn eggs at seven dollars per hundred.
