Eddy acquitted of stand larceny vows suit for malicious prosecution
A F Eddy, formerly an accountant in Pasco, was found not guilty of stand larceny charged by Charles Cunningham, ex sheep king of Umatilla county. Eddy says he will sue Cunningham for damages over malicious prosecution. The grand larceny trial in Pasco ended in acquittal after about ninety minutes deliberation. The dispute centered on wages Eddy took while examining Cunningham's books during his employment. Eddy also once managed Cunningham’s hotel in Pasco.
