Pendleton charter amendments proposed for May special election
The Common Council orders a May 9 1811 election on multiple charter changes from initiative petitions. Measures include water bonds up to 290 900 with sinking fund provisions and district assessments for street improvements. Voters will see ballots 400 401 402 403 404 405 407 408 409 410 411 and 408 409.
