Levee Damaged Threatens Low Ground Near Pendleton Hotel

A damaged levee face on Maln Street near the bridge has seen 30 feet of its crest crumble into the river as riprap eroded. With current river levels there is no immediate danger, but rising water could undermine the main bank and flood low areas near the Pendleton Hotel.
