Harry King Hangs Himself at Anamosa
Anamosa reformatory inmate Harry Ing, 87, committed suicide by hanging in a reform school shop. A Knoxville youth, he was committed in 1924 after serious charges. Records show former Governor Clyde Herring commuted a life sentence to 85 years in 1986.
