Electricity Replaces Manual Corn Shoveling on Iowa Farms
Iowa farm scenes shift as electricity powers corn handling. Harold Beaty of Iowa State College notes 1 750 bushels can be elevated for about $1 12 with electric motors, enabling multi use like grinding and elevating.
